摘要
美国作为电话的发源地,可以说无论是在电信服务运营、管理、电信设备制造技术,还是市场拓展方面都一直保持国际领先水平,英国等其它西方国家紧随其后.中国电信正处于面向世界电信市场开放的大环境下,深入分析美英等国电信业改革与发展的历程,对掌握世界电信业发展的规律,进而制定中国电信发展的正确战略具有重要的借鉴意义.
In this paper, The course of reform and development of telecom industry on American and England from 80 s is discussed according to time evolution and technology development, then the 21st century telecom network (i.e. Internet) development is prospected, this will be important to the development of China telecom enterprise.
