美国钢铁工业在实施 2 0 1条款之后发生了一些变化 ,特别是在结构重组方面 ,通过企业的兼并联合形成了三大集团。同时 ,通过企业的兼并联合也使得美国钢铁工业改善了成本结构 ,从而提高了在世界市场上的竞争能力。
US steel industry has some changes after 201 section especially in restructuring. Three steel groups have been made up through consolidation and merging. The cost structure and competition power have been improved after the consolidation.
