摘要
本文在分析建立健全电信市场对外开放法律环境重要现实意义的基础上,就我国目前电信市场对外开放现状进行了法律状态评价,最后提出了外资进入电信市场应具备的法律环境。
The significance of establishing or improving the legal environment of the telecom service market liberalization in China is analysed, and some legel issues concerning the present conditions of opening to the outside world are evaluated. Fanally, legal environment proposals are made for introducing of foreign capital in the Chinese telecom service market.
