摘要
FT- star凝固数值模拟系统为铸造工艺的优化设计提供了科学的依据。该系统的彩色后处理显示能直观、定量地预测铸件的缩孔、缩松缺陷。本文通过凝固模拟对上梁件工艺进行优化 ,减少了冒口重量 ,实现了用现有设备能力 。
FT-star solidification numerical simulation system has provided the scientific basis for casting technology optimization design,their colour aftertreatment display has detected the casting shrinkage cavity and porosity defect directly and quantitatively.By solidification simulation,the casting technology of upper beam has been optimited,the riser weight has been reduced,and the upper beam castings has been successfully produced with limited molten steel weight by present equipment capacity.
