摘要
对链轮铸钢件生产中存在的工艺问题进行了分析。根据铸件特点及技术要求,设计了链轮铸钢件的铸造工艺。利用View-Cast模拟软件对其进行了模拟并优化。数值模拟结果表明:通过改变浇冒口及铸造方法,缩孔、缩松缺陷能大大减少;使用优化工艺生产的铸件,质量能满足要求。
The casting technological problems of sprocket in the production were analyzed. The casting technology was designed based on the feature and technological requirement of casting. The technology was simulated and optimized by View-Cast software. Numerical simulative results show that the shrinkage cavity and porosity can be reduced greatly by using insulating riser and new casting method. The quality of castings with optimized technology can meet requirement.
