摘要
柱窝是液压支架上的重要零件之一,焊接在液压支架的底座上,其功能是承受立柱的载荷和立柱的自重,因此其铸造质量要求较高。本文利用计算机模拟软件V-Cast对柱窝的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,设计了两个保温冒口和一个普通冒口及浇注系统,保证了铸件质量。
Post Socket is one of the important parts on hydraulic support. It is welded on the base of hydraulic support, its main function is to bear the post load and the weight of the pillars, so the quality requirements of casting is higher. The computer simulation software V-Cast can be applied in analyzing the solidification process of the post socket. Two insulating risers with one common riser and gating system were designed. The simulation results show that the quality of the casting is ensured.
