摘要
采用计算机凝固数值模拟技术 ,研究铸件热节的位置、大小、形状和数量在凝固过程中随凝固时间的变化规律 ,揭示了热节的动态性 ,并讨论了冒口与热节位置的关系。
The changes of place,size,shape and number of casting hot spot with the time in the course of solidification are studied and the dynamic characteristic of hot spot is revealed by means of the technique of computer numerical simulation of solidification,and the position relationship between riser and hot spot is also discussed.
