摘要
介绍了一种适用于轻烃芳构化尾气( C1 ~ C4 烃) 组份的色谱分析方法。采用一根涂有 Al2 O3用 K Cl 去活的 P L O T 毛细柱,可将轻烃芳构化尾气的11 个组分在5 min 内完全分离。考察了该方法的精密度,研究了样品组份浓度和进 样量对方法 精密度的影 响, 同时还考 察不同样品 浓度对分离 度的影响。实验结果,该方法具有操作简单、分析时间短、移植便利、稳定和精密度高等优点。
An effective chromatographic analytic method was applied to the separation of tail gas (C 1~C 4) of light hydrocarbon aromatization. A capillary PLOT column was coated with Al 2O 3 deactivated by KCl.11 components of tail gas of light hydrocabon aromatization were completely separated in 5 minutes. The method precision was investigated from different aspects including sample component concentration and sample volume. At last, the influence of the different concentration samples on the resolution was also tested. All results show that this method has advantages of simple operation, little analytic time, easy transplantation, stability and high precision and is an availiable analytic way.
