摘要
对多维气相色谱(MDGC)法在轻质烃芳构化反应产物中烷烃、烯烃、芳香烃等组分的在线全组分分析方法进行了研究。根据待测产物中的典型组分选择了3根选择性不同的石英毛细管气相色谱柱(PE-1,PEG-20M,KCl/Al2O3-PLOT柱)组成多维分离。通过大量实验,优化了分析过程的色谱最佳条件,找准了六通阀的切换时间;系统采用1台气相色谱仪,双检测器,在线一次进样,通过六通阀切换技术,使待测组分经过3根不同选择性的毛细管色谱柱进行分离分析,得到三维色谱信息,结果令人满意;提出了对轻质烃芳构化反应产物进行在线全组分分析的方法,具有分离效果好、操作简便、稳定性好、全自动分析且速度快的优点,克服了传统的由两台仪器、两次单独进样分析气液相产物的操作繁琐的缺点。
The multidimensional gas chromatography (MDGC), applied in the on-line analysis of full components of the light hydrocarbon aromatization products including alkane, alkene and aromatics, was investigated. Based on the typical components in the products, three crystalline silica capillary columns with different selectivity (PE-1, PEG-20M, KCl/Al_2O_3-PLOT columns) were used and formed the multidimensional separation. Through many experiments, the chromatographic optimum conditions in the analyzing procedure and the precision switching time of the six-port valve were defined. The whole system included one GC apparatus, two detectors and three capillary columns with different selectivity. The multidimensional chromatographic information could be obtained via a single on-line sample injection and the switching technology of the six-port valve. And the results were satisfactory. The technique of on-line full components analysis of the light hydrocarbon aromatization products had characteristics of well separation efficiency, simple operation, good stability as well as short analytical time and full automatic analysis, which overcame the traditional operation model of analyzing the gas and liquid product with two apparatus and double injecting samples.
