摘要
经高温煅烧、碱金属氯化的脱活处理后的Al_2O_3,结构和性能发生较大变化。当用其作为色谱固定相制成2m×φ2mm填充柱分析气态烃化合物和聚合级丙烯时,显现出填充柱和毛细管柱的双重优越性,具有响应快、分离效率高、检出限低等特性。讨论了Al_2O_3的脱活机理和处理条件对分析性能的影响及Al_2O_3因制备方法、存在形态的差异对色谱分离产生的不同影响。
The structure and properties of active alumina were apparently changed after high temperature calcination and deactivation with alkali metal chlorides. When thus prepared alumina was packed into a 2m × 2mm stainless steel tube and tested as a chromatographic stationary phase for analysis of gaseous hydrocarbons or detection of trace impurities inpolymerization-grade propylene,it shows rapid response, high resolution power,and lowdetectability limit,having both the advantages of a packing column and a capillary column.The mechanism of deactivation,the dependency of analytical performance on the methodof treatment, as well as the effect of preparation conditions on their structural difference in morphology,and thereby upon their analytical separation behavior were discussed in some depth.
