摘要
轻质烃及裂解气中 C_1—C_4组份的色谱分析,过去用两台色谱仪、两根色谱柱:一为6201载体涂25%丁二酸二乙酯;一为 Al_2O_ 3载体涂2%阿匹松 L,存在空气和甲烷,乙烷和乙烯,正丁烷和异丁烷、乙炔分不开的缺点。经改进,采用一根 Al_2O_3载体涂渍鲨烷的串联柱,一台色谱仪,可将 C_1—C_4的13个组份完全分开。该柱稳定性好,寿命长。
Light hydrocarbons and C_1—C_4 fractions of cracking gases were analyzed by
two columns in two separate chromatographic analyzers.One column was packed
with Carrier 6201 coated with 25% ethyl succinate.The other was packed with
Al_2O_3 coated with 2% Apiezon grease L.Air/methane,ethane/ethylene,n-butane/
iso butane and acetylene can not be separated by this method.After improvement,
13 components of the C_1—C_4 fraction can be completely separated by one column
in a single chromatographic analyzer.The column is packed with Al_2O_3 coated
with squalane.This column is stable and has a long life.
