摘要
由于运输过程中,震动引起的机械损伤会导致后期运输和贮藏的困难。对青花菜、油菜、白菜这3种叶菜类蔬菜进行了公路冷藏运输的模拟实验研究,分析了温度、湿度和振动对蔬菜运输和品质带来的影响,并且找到了在相应路况下每种蔬菜各自的最佳公路运输温度和湿度。
The mechanical damage caused by vibrations will lead to later difficulties in transport and storage. Therefore, in this paper, broccoli, rape, cabbage-three leafy vegetables are tested in the road transport refrigeration simulation. and analyzed the quality change of vegetables caused by temperature, humidity and vibration, then found the best temperature and humidity for each vegetables in the corresponding road transport.
