摘要
本文介绍了糖蜜利用的新途径,即用于制备食用液糖。文中研究了该工艺实现的具体方法,分析了该工艺的现实性和可行性,探讨了其最适工艺条件,并取得了初步成果。
in this article, a new way of molasse usage, producing edible liquid sugar from sugar cane molasses is introduced, the reality and practicability of this technique, and the optimun condition are discussed, and the preliminary results are shown.
