摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定房陵黄酒保健药酒中丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil^(TM)ODS C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),前加预柱(10 mm×4.6 mm),甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30:10:1:59)为流动相,检测波长286 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:丹酚酸B在0.140～2.800μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8;平均回收率99.5%,RSD为1.76%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法快速准确、重复性好、简便易行,可作为房陵黄酒保健药酒的质量控制。
Objective： To research the quality control method for FangLing health care ricewine. Method ： The content of salvianolic acid-B in FangLing health care rieewine was determined by HPLC with a DiamonsilTM ODS Cls column （ 250 mm× 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） , and the mobile phase was methanol-aeetonitrile-formie acid -water （30： 10： 1：59）. The column temperature was 30 ℃ , the flow rate was 1.0 ml. rain- l and the detection wavelength was at 286 nm. Result： The linear range of salvianolic aeid-B was within 0. 140- 2. 800 μg, （ r = 0. 999 8 ） , and the average recovery of salvianolic aeid-B was 99. 5% （ RSD = 1.76%, n = 6）. Conclusion ： The method is simple, accurate and repeatable, and it can be used for the quality control of FangLing health care ricewine .
