摘要
目的:优选降脂灵宝颗粒中水溶性成分的提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计试验方法,以干膏得率和葛根素含量为评价指标,考察最优提取工艺。结果:提取最佳工艺为提取次数3次,加水量12倍,提取时间1h。结论:该方法适用于该方中水溶性成分提取工艺且可用于工业化生产。
Objective： To optimize the extraction process of the water-soluble ingredients in Jiangzhi Lingbao granules. Method： With the dry extract yielding rate and the concentration of puerarin as indices, the optimum extraction condition was selected by orthogo- hal design. Result： The optimal extraction process was the following： extraction 3 times with 12-fold of water for 1 hour each time. Con- clusion： The method applied in the extraction process of the water-soluble ingredients in Jiangzhi Lingbao granules is feasible for industrial production.
