摘要
采用有机溶剂萃取结合酸水解的方法 ,直接从野葛根中分离葛根素 ,并用 HPTL C进行纯度分析。产率为1.15 % ,含量为 97.6 %。操作简便 ,产品纯度和产率高 。
Puerarin was directly isolated in 1.15% yield from the roots of Pueraria lobata by extraction and hydrolysis. The purity of puerarin was determined by HPTLC to be 97.6%.
