摘要
目的建立三维口服溶液中维生素B_1的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定样品中维生素B_1的含量,色谱柱为Hypersil Kromasil C_8柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为1%冰乙酸(含0.005mol/L庚烷磺酸钠):甲醇:乙腈(70:15:15),流速为1ml/min,检测波长为246nm,柱温为室温。结果维生素B_1在14～224μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.01%,RSD为1.2%(n=6)。结论 本法简便易行,结果准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法 。
Objective To determine vitamin B1 in Sanwei Oral Solution by HPLC. Methods The analysis was performed on a Hypersil Kromasil C8 （150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） column at room temperature with a mobile phase consisting of 1% glacial acetic acid（containing 0. 005 mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate） - methanol - acetonitrile （70： 15： 15） at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 246 nm. Results Vitamin B1 showed a good linear correlation within the range of 14 - 224 μg/ml （ r = 0. 9999） ,The average recovery and RSD were 100.01% and 1. 2% , respectively. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can he used for quality control of Sanwei Oral Solution.
