摘要
目的：建立HPLC法测定含有多种维生素类制剂中四种维生素(维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、烟酰胺)的含量。方法：采用C18柱，以0．05mol／L己烷磺酸钠溶液(用冰醋酸调节pH值为3．0)—甲醇(80：20)为流动相，流速为1．0ml／min。紫外检测波长为254nm。结果：本实验中维生素B1、雏生素B2、维生素B6、烟酰胺线性范围分别为4～20μg／ml(r=0．9997)，4～20μg／ml(r=0．9998)，0．8～4μg／ml(r=0．9997)，32～160μg／ml(r=0．9999)，方法的回收率在98．5％～100．4％，RSD为0．23％～1．10％。各组分间的分离度均符合要求。结论：本方法快速、简便、准确，分离效果好，辅料无干扰，适用于该类制剂中四种维生素组分同时测定。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of Four Vitamins in Compound Vitamin Preparations.Methods:HPLC, the column was Kromasil C18,a mixture of methanol-0. 05mol/L sodium hexanesulfonate(62 : 38) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0ml/L,pH was adjusted to 3.0 with acetic acid. wavelength of the detector was 254nm. Result:The liner correlation was good in the range of 4-20μg/mL(r = 0. 9997) for vitamin B1,4-20μg/min(r = 0. 9998) for vitamin B2, 0. 8-4μg/mL(r=0. 9997) vitamin B6,32-160μg/mL(r=0. 9999) for nicotinamide. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.
