摘要
综述了近年来Ziegler-Natta(Z-N)催化剂制备宽/双峰分布聚乙烯(PE)的研究状况,介绍了含有无机化合物和给电子体化合物的MgCl_2载体型和复合载体型两种Z-N催化剂的各种制备方法对PE相对分子质量分布的影响,同时介绍了相关Z-N催化剂的一般制法。研究发现:MgCl_2载体型Z-N催化剂制备的PE相对分子质量分布大于复合载体型Z-N催化剂制备的PE。掺杂无机化合物和/或不同种类给电子体对Z-N催化剂单反应器法制备宽/双峰分布聚乙烯具有巨大的开发潜力,是Z-N催化剂一个重要的发展方向。
This paper reviewed the recent progress in studies on preparation of polyethylene(PE) having broad or bimodal relative molecular mass distribution(MWD) with conventional Ziegler-Natta(Z-N) catalysts. The effect of preparation processes of Z-N catalysts supported on MgCl2 and composite carries containing inorganic compounds and electron donor compounds on MWD of polyethylene was explored. The analytical data show that the PE prepared with the Z-N catalysts supported on MgCl2 possesses a MWD broader than its counterpart prepared by the Z-N catalysts supported on composite carriers. The conventional preparation methods for the same kind of catalysts were also introduced. Doping inorganic compounds and/or different types of electron donor in Z-N catalysts militated in favor of preparing PE with broad or bimodal MWD in a single reactor and represented an important development direction of Z-N catalysts.
