选取以海泡石为代表的纤维棒石族粘土作为新型Z N催化剂的载体材料 ,与MgCl2 相互作用形成新型复合载体 ,并采用这种复合载体制备了丙烯聚合催化剂 ,获得了良好的活性和颗粒形态 ,得到的聚丙烯产品 ,其等规度在 2 0 %~ 95 %之间可调 ,可有效地降低催化剂的制备成本 ,该催化剂的反应动力学行为属“上升 衰减”型 ,较传统的以MgCl2
A kind of clay palygorskite sepiolite was used as the carrier of the newly developed Z N propylene polymerization catalyst. The said new composite material was prepared by the interaction between sepiolite and MgCl 2. The Z N catalyst possessed good activity and particle shape. The isotacticity of the polypropylene product can be regulated in the range of 20%-95% by using the said catalyst. In comparison with the reaction kinetics behavior of the traditional catalyst with MgCl 2 carrier, the behavior of the catalyst with the said composite carrier was more smooth and steady, which attributed to ascension-attenuation type.
