摘要
根据BCE催化剂粒型的影响因素,对BCE催化剂进行了改进研究,小试结果显示:改进后的BCE催化剂的粒型规整,粒径分布集中。在生产厂家应用的结果表明:用改进后的BCE催化剂生产的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)性能优良,粉料粒径分布更集中,粒径在150~425μm的HDPE粉料质量分数为90.4%,细粉质量分数仅为2.8%左右。
The BCE catalyst was modified in the light of the influential factors related to the particle shape of the catalyst. The modified BCE catalyst showed regular particle form and narrow particle size distribution as confirmed by the result of bench experiment. The industrial application in a downstream factory show that the high density polyethylene(HDPE) resin synthesized with the modified BCE catalyst exhibits superior properties; the particle size distribution of the HDPE resin gets narrower with 90.4% of the particles concentrated in the range of 150-425 μm and the fine powder merely accounts for 2.8% in mass fraction.
