摘要
对来自我国南海西沙群岛的软肉芝软珊瑚Ｓａｒｃｏｐｈｙｔｏｎ ｍｏｌｌｅ Ｔｉｘｉｅｒ Ｄｕｒｉｖａｕｌｔ的化学成分进行了研究，从中分离出２个化合物。经光谱数据分析，确定其结构为胸腺嘧啶（Ⅲ）和２４－甲基胆甾－３β，５α，６β，２５－四醇－２５－单乙酸酯（Ⅳ），这些化合物系首次从软珊瑚Ｓａｒｃｏｐｈｙｔｏｎ ｍｏｄｅ中分离得到。
Two compounds were isolated from the soft coral Sarcophyton molle (Tixier Durivault) from the South China Sea by chromatography on gel colunm and recrystallization. Their structures were de termined as Thyndne (Ⅲ) and 24- methylcholestane-3 β, 5 α, 6β, 25 -tetrol -25 - monoacetate by IR, MS, IHNMR and ^(13)CNMR data. These two compounds were founded for the first time from the soft coral Sarcophyton molle.
