摘要
目的研究夏枯草的药效成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱法等对夏枯草进行分离纯化,根据光谱数据分析和化学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了3个化合物,鉴定其分别为①槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷;②橙皮苷,即5,7,3'-三羟基-4'-甲氧基二氢黄酮-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷;③芦丁。结论化合物②为首次从夏枯草中分离得到。
Objective To study the constituents in the flower of Prunella vulgaris L.. Methods The herb was extracted and purified with the column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20,identified by the spectrum analysis and chemical method. Results 3 compounds were isolated from the plant , and their structures were elucidated as （1）quercetin - 3 - O - β - D - glucoside,（2）hesperidin and （3）rutin, Conclusion Compound（2） was isolated for the first time from Prunella vulgaris L.
