大鼠全脑缺血再灌流后海马CA1区锥体细胞超微结构的改变 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察大鼠全脑缺血再灌流后,CA1区锥体细胞超微结构的变化。方法通过四血管闭塞法全脑缺血模型,采用光、电镜观察了全脑缺血15min再灌流后锥体细胞病理形态学改变及超微结构的变化。结果全脑缺血再灌流48h后CA1区发生了迟发性神经元死亡(DND),锥体细胞超微结构出现了凋亡样改变,同时也观察到部分锥体细胞胞浆出现类似坏死的空泡化现象。结论提示调亡与坏死机制可能共同参与全脑缺血再池流后DND。 Objective To observe the ultrastructural changes of Pyramidal cells of CA1 region in the hippocampus after repefusionfollowing forebrain ischemia. Methods With four-vessel occlusion model of rats, we investigated the pathologic and ultrastructuralchanges by light and electron microscopy after reperfosion following 15 min forebrain ischemia. Results By 48 h after reperfusionfollowing forebrain ischemia, delayed neuronal death (DND) was induced in the CA1 region .The ultrastructure of these pyramidalcells showed apoptosis-like changes. The vacuolar phenomenon of necrosis in cytoplasm of some pyramidal cells was also observed.Conclusion Apoptosis and necrosis may be involved in DND after reperfusion following forebrain ischemia
