摘要
目的探索以提高护理质量、满足患者需求为目的的护理绩效管理模式的效果。方法护理部成立考核小组,从工作效率、工作质量、工作效益方面制定详细量化考核细则,作为奖金分配依据,强调向高风险、高强度岗位倾斜分配。结果护理绩效管理实施前后护理质量、患者满意度及护士对奖金分配满意度均有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绩效考核在护理管理中具有重要意义,有效激发了护理人员的工作积极性、提高了患者的满意度和护理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing management of performance appraisal for improving nursing quality and patients' satisfaction. Methods An assessment team was organized to make detailed rules and regulations on the appraising of the work efficiency, quality and accuracy for bonus distribution. More bonuses should be distributed to those who run high-risked and heavy tasks. Results Comparing before nursing performance appraisal, the nursing quality, patients' satisfaction and nurses' satisfaction for bonus distribution were significantly improved(P〈0.05). Conclusion Performance appraisal is of great significance in the nursing management,which effectively stimulats the nursing staffs' activeness and im- proves the patient's satisfaction and nursing quality.
