法学教育转型中的问题与抉择

摘要 目前法学教育处于转型期,扩招带来的问题不少。如何应对这些问题成为法学教育下一步发展的前提。借鉴英美两国的法学教育特点,从重数量转向重质量的基础上,集中培养目标,加强法学通识知识的教育和进一步加强与实践部门的联系、合作是法学教育转型中所需注意的事项。
