摘要
法学教育作为一种职业教育具有实践性、社会性和应用性等特性,这些特性决定了法学教育必然走上多元化的道路。法学教育的多元化可以涉及多个维度,其中包括多重的教育层次、丰富的教学内容、多样的教学形式和多元的教学主体等。在发展多元化法学教育的过程中,需要坚持多元化发展的基本框架,应当重点处理好"基本模式"与"多元模式",多元化与特色化以及国际化与本土化的关系。
As a kind of vocational education,legal education possess such characteristics as practical,social and applicable,which will necessarily lead the diversification of legal education.Therefure Many elements of legal education thus woulld be invdved,such as level,form,subject and content of education.On the way to diversify legal education,the relation between basic model and multi-mode,diversification and characterization,internationalization and localization,shall be taken seriously.
