摘要
大学生毕业前不惜重金投身于社会软件培训机构接受再教育,这一现象给高校的IT教育带来了强烈的冲击和反思。针对此问题,展开深入的调查和研究,分析了软件培训机构在IT人才培养模式上的优势:专业定位准确,教学环节连贯而完整,教师专业素质高,办学模式产业化。在此基础上提出了面向市场培养"技能型"IT人才,构建新的课程体系和教学模式,培养"双师型教师",办学模式产业化、企业化等应用型本科院校IT人才培养模式改革的建议。
The phenomena that college students spend much money on reeducation of software training institution before their graduation brings great impact and reflection on the IT education of colleges and universities.It makes deep investigation and research on this point by analyzing and summarizing the advantages of the software training institutions＇ model in their IT training.That is： correct specialty location,coherent and complete teaching process,qualified teachers and industrialization of teaching model.It puts forward the suggestion for the reasonable reformation of training model in IT education in applied-typed universities： training technical IT personnel while facing the market,constructing new course system and teaching model,cultivating double-ability teachers,making the industrialization of teaching model.
