产业的发展在人才 ,而发展人才的关键在开发。我国软件产业在腾飞 ,而软件人才目前却供不应求。高等院校、软件学院和软件培训机构如何为软件产业培养开发质高量足的人才 。
The growing of industrial depend on talent,while the crux of growing talent depend on exploit.Our country software industrial at a full galloping,while supply falls of demand for software talent now.How to train and exploit talent of high quality and guarantee quantity in colleges and universities,software institute and institution for software training,become focus of show solicitude for the society.
