摘要
现代新型农民合作组织形式是实现农业现代化的基本微观组织模式。实现建设现代农业和建设全面小康社会的目标,必须积极发展以科技为支撑的新型农民组织化模式。这对于转变农业经营方式、推进科技创新要素向农村流动、推进农业科技产业化、培养高素质新型农民、加快农业产业技术创新转化,具有十分重要的意义。发展新型农民组织化模式应坚持分类指导、利益联结、产业创新、科技支撑等基本原则。本文总结出"科技企业带农户"、"科技专家带农户"、"专家大院带农户"、"科技园区带农户"、"科技合作社带农户"和"科技农场带农户"等以科技为支撑新型农民合作组织模式,并提出相应的保障措施。
The modern new-type cooperation organization of farmers was the basic micro-organizations modes to achieve agricultural modernization.New model of farmer organization supported by science-technology must be actively developed for reaching the goal of constructing modern agricultural and comprehensive well-off society.It was very beneficial to conversing the operation modes of agriculture,promoting technological innovation elements to rural areas,promoting industrialization of agricultural science-technology,cultivating new high-quality farmers,speeding up the innovation and transformation of the agricultural industry and technological.Developing new patterns of farmer organizations should adhere to basic principles of scientific and technological support,industrial innovation,guidance and linking the interests,etc.This article summarized six new models of cooperation organization of farmers which was ＇science-technology park with farmers＇,＇science-technology enterprises with farmers＇,＇science-technology experts with farmers＇,＇science-technology farms with farmers＇,＇expert compound with farmers and science-technology cooperative with farmers＇ and proposed the corresponding.
