摘要
《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》是1949年中华人民共和国成立以来所通过的第一部合作社法,本文介绍了《农民专业合作社法》的立法背景和覆盖范围窄、尺度宽松,登记注册门槛低、债务责任小等基本特色,并对法律实施过程中面临的几个主要问题进行了初步分析。
＂The Law of Farmer Professional Cooperative of People＇s Republic of China＂ is the first cooperative law after founding of the People＇s Republic of China in 1949. This paper introduced the lawmaking background of ＂The Law of Farmer Professional Cooperative＂ and also some basic characteristics, namely narrow extension ,loose qualification ,lower register doorsill, small obligation and then made a preliminary study of the primary problems in the process of implementing the law.
