摘要
只有具备一定的专业化分工水平,农村专业合作经济组织才得以产生并节约内生交易费用。作为一种民间供给的俱乐部产品,农村专业合作经济组织发挥着日益重要的作用,同时也存在着规模较小、自我发展能力不强等问题。这是由内外两方面因素造成的,从运行机制来看,内在财务运行出现异化,组织运行不够规范;从政策影响来看,外部公共政策供给不足,行政干预较多。
When specialized, the cooperatives are likely to save transaction cost. It is common in China today that the size of FSC is very small and lack of potentials to grow strong. There are many constraints, which reflected in, among others, poor financial management in side and irrational external interventions, mainly from the local authorities
