摘要
目前铸造工艺设计采用的方法是试错法,只有在获得实际铸件之后,才能最终确定工艺设计是否正确.而通过数值模拟,可以在铸件浇铸之前观察到凝固期间的变化以及铸件中缩孔缩松的分布状况,从而使传统的工艺设计方法得到改进。
At present, the technique applied to technologicd design of casting is trial and erroneous on.Only after real casting is acquired can it be determined finally that process design is correct or not.By numericab simulating,the changes during solidification process and the distribution of shrinkage cavity and porosity in cast can be observed before casting pouring.Therefore the traditional design method may be devdoped and the quality of design can be improved .
