摘要
通过已有的连杆铸造工艺进行数值模拟,根据分析模拟结果来验证连杆浇铸温度、冒口选择等与实际的符合度;通过对比,发掘模拟软件对实际生产过程指导的潜力,提高模拟仿真的可靠度,更好地指导实际生产过程。
Through simulating the existed process of link rod,the reasonable pouring temperature and selecting riser was revealed according to the simulation results.The guidance of simulation software for the actual production process was explored by contrast to improve the simulation reliability,and better guide for the actual production process.
