摘要
分析了ASTM A216 WCA大型球磨机筒体端盖铸造及热处理工艺后常见组织缺陷产生的原因,提出了生产中控制铸件质量的措施。研究了铸钢端盖材质成分、工艺、组织及性能。结果表明:严格控制端盖化学成分,冶炼工艺和热处理工艺,可消除缩松、裂纹等缺陷,使铸件具有优良的机械性能,满足商检要求。
The reason of the common structure flaw of the end cover of ASTM A216 WCA balling drum by casting and heat treating technology is analyzed.The measures which control the quality of casting in manufacture are put up.The material component,technology,structure and performance of the steel casting end cover are studied.The result shows if the casting has the goodness mechanical property and satisfies the demands of the inspection,the chemical composition,the smelting technology and the heat treating technology of the end cover should be controlled,which can eliminate the flaw such as the shrinkage porosity,crack and so on.
