摘要
利用三维绘图软件Pro/E对某球墨铸铁工件做实体造型,应用数值模拟软件ViewCast对铸件完成铸造过程的数值模拟,预测铸件产生缩松部位和形成原因。根据模拟结果设计了球墨铸铁工件的浇注系统,对方案进行优化,最终获得了合理的铸造工艺。
Using three dimensional drawing software Pro/E to make the solid mass model of a nodular iron workpiece.The solidification process was numerically simulated with View Cast software.The position and cause of shrinkage defects was predicted.The gating system was designed based on the simulation result,the quality of the casting was improved.
