T3期前列腺癌行根治性切除术的时机选择及意义 被引量：4

摘要 T3期前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)治疗方案的选择目前尚存在较大争议。近年来,认为经过挑选的cT3(clinically locally advanced T3)期患者应行根治性前列腺切除术(radical prostatectomy),但是cT3期前列腺癌患者施行根治性前列腺切除术的适应证及术后疗效尚不明确。文中综述近年来有关研究进展。 There is much controversy on the treatment of the clinical stage T3 prostate carcinoma.More and more urologists hold that radical prostatectomy should be taken on the selective cT3 patients.Without knowing the indication and curative effect.The advance of the research will be reviewed in this article.
