摘要
双摆铣头是数控机床的重要部件之一,工作中承受铣削力和驱动力等载荷的作用。其工作性能,对机床的加工精度、零件表面质量和生产效率影响很大。本文基于UG平台建立了双摆铣头的CAD模型,将CAD模型导入到ANSYS平台中,通过分析载荷边界条件,建立双摆铣头的力学分析模型;然后进行双摆铣头在2种极限工况下的模态分析,获取其固有频率和对应的振型;进而计算出结构在不同频率下的响应曲线。基于响应曲线,分析峰值频率对应的应力与变形,找到双摆铣头发生共振的频率范围,以实现高精度的铣削和刀具的长寿命。
The multiple axes rotary spindle head is one of the core components for CNC milling machine,and it carries the milling and driving load.Its working performance has a significant influence on the machining accuracy,surface quality and production efficiency.This paper builds the CAD model of the multiple axes rotary spindle head based on UG,then transmits the model to ANSYS software.After the working condition and load condition is specified,the mechanics analysis model is established.This paper carries on modal analysis for the multiple axes rotary spindle head in two working conditions,so as to get the natural frequencies and mode shapes.Further more,the response curves of structure are calculated under different frequencies.According to the response curves,the paper analyses the stress and deformation at the peak frequencies,in order to get the resonance frequency range and improve the milling quality,also to prolong life of the cutter.
