摘要
近年来,随着鱼雷减振降噪技术的不断发展,声隐身性能已经成为现代鱼雷的重要战技指标。本文分析了鱼雷声隐身性能对鱼雷总体性能的影响,总结了国内外鱼雷减振降噪技术的发展现状,对鱼雷主要噪声源进行了分析,在此基础上针对流体动力噪声、推进噪声和机械噪声提出了减振降噪措施,并根据动力系统特点制定了鱼雷舱筏隔振,轴系以及管路隔振,齿轮系减振等振动与噪声控制方案。
The vibration and noise suppression technologies of torpedo have been developed rapidly in recent years, acoustic stealth has hence become an important item in modern torpedo specification. This paper analyzes the effect of acoustic stealth on the overall performance of a torpedo, and summarizes the development of vibration and noise suppression technologies of torpedo. Some methods are presented to suppress the hydrodynamic noise, propelling noise, and mechanical noise based on the analysis of the main noise sources of a torpedo. Moreover, some vibration and noise suppression schemes for floating raft, shafting, pipeline, and gear of a torpedo are proposed according to the characteristics of the power system.
