摘要
以五轴加工中心的第四轴和第五轴回转进给机构为研究对象,介绍了几种常用的数控机床回转进给机构的传动形式;对蜗杆蜗轮和凸轮等机械传动结构的传动形式、结构特点和消隙方法进行了对比和分析;指出了直接驱动技术在数控机床回转进给机构设计中的关键技术和难点;针对双摆角数控万能铣头和数控转台等回转进给机构的不同特点,阐述了各传动机构在数控机床回转进给机构中的设计方法。
Based on the 4th axis and the 5th axis rotary feed mechanism of the 5-axis machining center,several transmission types of the numerical control machine tool rotary feed is introduced.The transmission types,structure characteristics and backlash eliminated means of the mechanical transmission structure of the worm gear and cam are analyzed and compared.The key technology and design difficulty of the direct-drive technology applied on the rotary feed mechanism are proposed.Aiming at the different characteristics of the double angular numerical control universal milling head and the numerical control rotary table,the design method of each transmission mechanism using in numerical control machine tool rotary feed mechanism is expounded.
