摘要
针对高速铣削刀具受力模型,通过ANSYS软件对高速铣刀应力、应变情况进行了有限元分析,研究了长径比(l/d3)改变对铣刀应力应变的影响,从而达到对刀具直径和悬伸量进行优选的目的。
Based on the mechanical model of cutting tool in high speed milling, the stress & strain in HSM is analyzed by finite element method with ANSYS. The changes of the length-diameter ratio (1/d3) are researched for the impact of the stress & strain of cutting tool. The milling tool's diameter and the extended length are optimized. The cutting ability of tool can be enhanced by reasonable use.
