摘要
在世纪之交，我国正快速地进入人口老龄化社会。这一现象使整个社会需求结构发生变化，并对社区规划、住宅建设产生深刻的影响。本文通过分析我国人口老龄化的现状，研究对比了其他一些国家解决老龄化社会的居住问题的有效方法，并对我国进入老龄化社会后社区规划和住宅建设提出建议和展望。
China is stepping into the aging country in the turn of the 21th century. This is an inevitable trend due to the social economic development. The trendhas been changing the social structure and people's demand greatly. It also has a profound effect on community planning and housing construction.Through analysing the existent conditions of China's aging process and exploring several case studies of other countries about solutions to theresidential issues of aged population. This paper made some suggestions and prospects on community planning and housing construction of China.
