摘要
本文以“社区”的概念为基础 ,从居住区结构模式、服务与管理体系、交通组织、环境、人口老龄化、智能化、网络化这些方面出发 ,探讨了现代居住区设计的新模式 。
Based on conception of 'community', this paper inquire into new-modem residential design in the respects,such as structure pattem of residential belt,system of service and manage,traffic control,environment,the elderly age,intelligence and network,which present to reference for residential design from now on.
