摘要
在国家提出医养融合发展养老事业的背景下,本文分析了当前养老设施医疗与养生脱节、类型过于单一、就医困难等问题,提出了"医养"针对对象应为处于部分及全部援护期的"老年夹心层"的观点。通过对国内外文献调查和"医养"实践的研究,本文进一步论证养老设施"医养"模式的可行性,为之后的"医养"导向下的养老设施营建研究打下基础。
Under the background that the government appealing Medical-Nursing integrative development for pension, the paper studies on the problem of medical dif iculty, the divorce between medical and nursing as wel as the single form in the cur ent pension facility, put ing forward to that the“Medical-Nursing”should aiming at the“Sandwich Class of Elderly”who are in the (partial) assist&nursing period. By literature review and practices on“Medical-Nursing”both in China and overseas, the paper further argues on the feasibility of“Medical-Nursing”mode of pension facility, which could be the basement for further research on the “Medical-Nursing” oriented pension facility construction.
