摘要
利用数据包络分析法对煤炭企业技术有效性和规模有效性进行评价，并用此法测定煤炭企业技术进步．计算结果为宏观决策和指导企业提供了依据．
The technology and scale effectiveness of coal enterprises are evaluated by DEA method, the technological progress of coal enterprises is measured by the evaluation. The calculated results provide the basis for macro decision making and guiding enterprises.
