中国煤炭企业生产效率和影响因素分析 被引量:6

Ananalysis of factors affecting the production efficiency of coal enterprises in China

摘要 运用DEA-Tobit两阶段模型,利用中国煤炭百强企业中的36家企业2006-2011年的面板数据,对中国煤炭企业的生产效率及其影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,从时间上看,中国煤炭企业整体技术效率呈倒V形变化;从区域煤炭企业生产效率来看,区域差异大;煤炭能源禀赋、煤炭企业科研经费投入、资本劳动之比和煤炭企业生产效率呈显著正相关,区域工业化程度与生产效率呈不显著负相关。 Using a panel data of 36 enterprises in Chinese top 100 coal enterprises over the period of 2006--2011, an empirical analysis was made on the production efficiency and its influencing factors of coal enterprises in China in terms of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Tobit model. The results indicate that firstly, from the time dimension, the tendency change of the total technical efficiency of coal enterprises in China looks like a inverse "V"; secondly, from the production efficiency of regional coal enterprises dimension, the efficiency discriminates largely; thirdly, there exists a significantly positive correlation between coal energy endowment as well as overall investment of scientific research, capital-labor ratio and their production efficiency, and a indistinctively negative correlation between degree of regional industrialization and their production efficiency.
