摘要
本文在现有文献的基础上总结出经济组织规模效率的若干决定因素 ,并以此作为分 析维度对农地经营规模问题进行了理论与实证的研究 ,揭示了农业在本质上并不是一个 有显著规模效率的产业 。
Based on a comprehensive literature review, this paper summarizes the determinants of the efficiency of an economic organization. The application of the theoretical findings to operational scales of farmland reveals that farming is inherently lacking of substantial scale efficiency, and thus the household operation of farmland is efficient in scale. A human capital perspective is introduced to explain the underlying reasoning of rural household land scale and the expansion of an economic organization.
