介绍了注塑成型CAE技术及其软件,从改进制件产品设计、注塑模具设计、模具结构分析、注塑成型工艺参数四大主要方面,论述了CAE技术在注塑模具上的应用,并阐述了基于CAE技术的模具设计全过程和关键点。
The injection molding CAE technology and its software are introduced.The application of the CAE technology into injection molds in the following four aspects： reformed product design,injection mold design,mold structure analysis,and injection molding process parameters are discussed.In addition,the overall mold design process and critical points based on the CAE technology are outlined.
