摘要
在分析蚊香盒盖应满足的使用功能的基础上,采用Pro/E进行了造型设计,将设计的塑料蚊香盒盖三维模型导入快速成型机生产出丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)材料的实体样件。分析了蚊香盒盖塑料注射模具的构造,对蚊香盒盖进行了注射模具设计。运用Moldflow软件对注射模流道和冷却系统进行优化分析。运用ANSYS软件对模具支撑结构进行强度分析。实现结合快速原型技术和CAD/CAE技术,完成从产品设计到模具设计的过程,体现了研发时间短,精度高的特点。
Based on the analysis that mosquito lid should meet the use function, shape of mosquito lid was designed in Pro/E. The entity model was manufactured by rapid prototyping machine to produce the ABS material sample. The injection mold of mosquito coils lid plastic was designed. The analysis of the plastic parts was optimized in Moldflow software. Using Moldflow software, the runner injection mold and cooling system were optimized and analyzed. Mold supporting structure strength was analyzed in the ANSYS software. The process using rapid prototyping technology and CAD/CAE technology to design product and injection mold was realized, reflecting the short development time and high precision.
