摘要
对塑料成型中的滚塑成型进行了研究,介绍了滚塑成型的特点,着重分析了滚塑成型原理、滚塑成型方法,并通过对滚塑成型的关键影响因素:滚塑成型用塑料原料、滚塑成型用模具结构、滚塑成型模具的冷却方式和滚塑成型模具分型面设计4个方面进行分析,得出滚塑成型主要影响因素及相应改进方案。结果表明,滚塑成型具有巨大发展潜力。最后结合工业设计的新形势,提出了滚塑成型今后发展展望。
Rotational molding, a kind of plastic molding, was researched including charac- teristics introduction and analysis of rotational molding principle and method. Accroding to the analysis of key factors for rotational molding containing plastic raw materials, mould structure, mould cooling type and mould parting surface design, main factors and corres- ponding improvement was obtained. The result shows that rotational molding has a lot of potential. Finally, combined with the new situation of industrial design, prospects for fu- ture rotational molding was proposed.
